Interested in a new approach to inservice training? CNYAHEC now offers an innovative online system for managing the inservice training needs of health care facilities. Download a PDF file of our brochure.

InService Solutions was developed to help health care facilities maintain compliance with state and federal regulatory/accreditation agencies, while offering a program that is both easy to use and efficient for employees.

Ten modules, formulated with current health care regulations and certifications in mind, can be customized to include specific information for individual health care facilities.

InService Solutions is a web-based system that requires only basic computer and reading comprehension skills. Each module takes an average of 10-12 minutes to complete, providing instant feedback to employees.

Ongoing technical support is provided by technicians and learning specialists. Special service contracts can be formulated to address unusual on-site technical support needs.
