CNYAHEC Mission Statement

The Central New York Area Health Education Center, through collaborative efforts, improves access to quality health care by promoting improvements in the supply, training, development and distribution of health professionals in a 14-county area.

Funding Sources

CNYAHEC is funded through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (Bureau of Health Professions), the New York State Health Care Reform Act of 2000, and other state and local resources.

Affiliation

A Partner in the New York State AHEC System.
